I quit smoking but then I got fat. I gained 140 pounds. I went from a slim and trim 135 pounds to a ponderous 275. That's right, I more than doubled my former body weight. My waist went from a 32 to a 50. I got kicked out of the navy for being obese and I lost my military retirement benefits. I developed severe sleep apnea and today, I'm a borderline diabetic. I wish I would have never stopped smoking.

Straight & simple talk here. I'd get up to 4 very large (oxalate) kidney stones a year. I've had NONE for 7 years now. I use something called 'Stone Breaker' tablets I get from Walmart. Active ingredient is something called Chanca Piedra & there are other brands available. Dosage is recommended 3 tablets a day (about 25 cents each) but I find that one a day works for me. If I feel back pain like from a pending stone I simply go to two tabs a day for a while & never had a problem.

I work in a factory that can get pretty hot during summer. I've got two ventilators to ensure air movement in my shop. I also bought special sports clothes and feel way more comfortable during work no matter how hot it is. Today it measured 27C (80F) and I was quite okay but since I drove home I kept feeling worse and worse. I've got all the symptoms except I haven't keeled over yet. Thanks for all the tips. I also ate a ¼ teaspoon of salt and the headache improved immediately. Hyponatremia happens fast as well during hot weather.
